About us

Auckland’s top professional property management company in residential and commercial management

We live up to our name

Back in 2008, when we launched our company, we chose the name Zippi because we know that quick response is hugely important in the property management arena. Just as important is knowledge and accuracy, so our ability to respond quickly is matched by a commitment to doing the right thing.

Owned and operated by property experts

Zippi is owned and managed by Bernard Wright and Peter Thomson, who have been directly involved with Auckland residential property development for decades. Looking after the day-to-day needs of owners and tenants are Michael Platt and Edward Rees-Webbe. Both are experienced property managers with additional specialities – Michael is a qualified plumber with a law degree and Edward is a body corporate specialist. Zippi’s financial systems are efficiently managed by Sharon Wright, a chartered accountant.

Property management is our sole focus

We don’t handle sales, only property management. And we limit the number of properties we look after, so that we can provide the fast, efficient service our clients and tenants expect. In our view, sales and property management should never been under the same roof. Property management that delivers low vacancies and high yields is a precise discipline that requires a specific set of skills.

We service the greater Auckland region

From our base in the downtown Central Auckland, we serve the greater Auckland region. We know that being responsive means being handy, so our location’s proximity to major motorways is an advantage.
